Description

At Osome, we're passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to solve problems that transform the way we live, work, and interact. By freeing them from financial admin, paperwork, and back-office distractions, we enable them to focus on what truly matters: solving problems and making a positive impact on the world.

We're experiencing rapid growth, both in our client base and our team.

With over 500 talented individuals across our global offices, we're looking for bright minds who are eager to join us in changing the world by tackling complex problems.

As a
User Experience (UX) Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our product team.

You will be part of a diverse and collaborative team where your mission is to plan and conduct high-quality user research.

Your research will provide valuable insights into user needs, problems, and behaviour patterns. By shaping emerging research questions and prioritising user needs, you will influence product and design decisions.

What you'll be doing:

Conducting research (both qualitative and quantitative) to help product teams make informed decisions about what needs to be built and how.

Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate research insights into the design and product development process.

Synthesising research findings into clear and actionable insights that guide product decisions.

What you'll need to succeed:

Expert knowledge and applied experience of UX research methods and techniques, including usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, and interviews.

Experience conducting research for both web and mobile platforms.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Ability to plan and execute research projects from start to finish, including research design, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent data analysis skills, including the ability to identify patterns, themes, and insights from qualitative and quantitative data.

Experience in planning and conducting workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and ideation.

Good understanding of human-centered design principles and familiarity with various product development frameworks (e.g., Continuous Discovery, Double Diamond, Jobs to be done) and their limitations.

Ability to create research deliverables that are clear, well-organised, and easy to understand.

Our Benefits:

Osome grows alongside you, but we already have a few perks:
