Financial Controller

Based near Windsor, Berkshire (flex working on offer 3 days per week in the office)

£70,000/£85,000 circa + bonus

Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be retained to hire a Financial Controller for our SME client who are on an exciting growth trajectory.

You will lead coach and motivate a small team running a high class finance function, the key part of this role will also be partnering the CFO & CEO driving revenues, profit and EBITDA.

You will be a Financial Controller experienced in the financial management of SME in a related business mostly likely with a turnover between £10m to £20m+ (Project Management services in particular) other sectors of keen interest would be Online Media/Advertising/Marketingagency/Professional services.

Our client will offer an excellent competitive financial package & incentives to play a pivotal role in the short and long term growth journey ahead.

This role has very a very realistic time line to become the Finance Director of this thriving business.
