The Role::


  • Generalist HR and ER Advice
  • Support, challenge, coach and upskill managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases, including performance management, probation reviews, promotion plans, absence management, maternity/paternity, wellbeing, investigations,disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies and advice on all other policies
  • Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans, to positively influence employee engagement, turnover and stability, for example new starter reviews and exit interviewdata
  • Support the HRBP in providing a proactive, responsive and professional HR service
  • Increase the capability of managers to improve overall performance through provision of expert advice and support
  • Support the business with employment status and "insourcing" worker ER queries
  • Play an active role in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:


  • Sound knowledge of Human Resource practices, including current developments in the profession
  • Part CIPD qualified
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to translate this into policy and practice
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, team player
  • Strong IT skills in G-Suite
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
