We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing division as a Digital Marketing Apprentice to use their analytical skills to help drive business growth.

You will work closely with our experienced teams to deliver excellent results. You will assist in the development of the AvA-V brand by using your strong

PROBLEM-SOLVING skills to analyse data and provide solutions that will aid business growth

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will use your numeracy skills to gather statistics from various platforms and compile them into reports.

You will become familiar with analytical tools that will provide the required data. You will also assist with the creation of written content that will be marketed across several channels.

ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING APPRENTICE ROLE:

Work closely with the recruitment team in supporting their advertisement needs. You shall upload job advertisements and track their performance weekly.
Work with the Content team to research and produce relevant, engaging and SEOfocused written content.
Analyse and track website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Ensuring all Job content on the website is up to date, keyworded and all technical SEO elements are correct.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

An analytical thinker who is confident in tracking/recording statistics.
Highly numerate, a logical thinker and an excellent problem solver.
A strong writer with great grammar, punctuation and strong spelling abilities.
Knowledgeable in the differences between social media platforms, their purpose, audience and best practice.
Able to confidently work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst still producing highquality work.
Demonstrate that you are a naturally logical person with the ability to use your initiative.
Strong communication skills who can integrate well when working with different teams throughout the business.
Eager to learn, develop and continually progress to help achieve overall business goals.
