We are looking for additional Specialist Personal Tutors who have experience of working with and supporting students both in and out of the classroom to join our highly effective team.

The primary focus of this role is to ultimately help student to successfully achieve beyond their minimum expected grades and to embed a culture of respect, kindness and ambition.

Through the use of bespoke in class and on-line tutorials, you will embed best practice and focus on current trends which are prevalent in everyday life.

During the tutorial sessions, you will be expected to build a strong rapport with the students and develop a broader understanding of their individual requirements.

Reporting directly to the Head of Studies on site, you should also have the confidence to liaise and work with the Head of Department and teaching staff.

You will utilise college systems to record and extract data, whilst also identifying areas for development.

From the data that has been gathered, you will need to communicate with individual students to address concerns and offer strategies to align their learning requirements with that of the College.

Salary:
£22,902.00-£24,910.00 per year

Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
