Deliverables:


  • Weekly preparation of overview for all Projects to allow planning for each following week.
  • Daily updates from Project leads/owners as appropriate
  • Ensuring roadmap of milestones/RAGs/RACI's all project information is maintained.
  • Reporting upwards/aggregating
  • RAID key items escalated from projects.
  • Supporting PM in additional tasks that may arise

Must have skills:


  • Awareness of Project management process i.e RACI, RAID etc
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholder
