CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Broker

Cardiff City (On-Site)

Salary:
Up to £33,000 plus unlimited commission

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker to join our busy mortgage brokerage in Cardiff City.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable company, offering great benefits and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and solicitors
Understand and assess clients' financial circumstances to recommend the most suitable mortgage products
Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes in the mortgage market
Meet and exceed sales targets by generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships

Requirements:

CeMAP qualification is essential
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, preferably in a busy brokerage environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Strong sales skills and a targetdriven mindset
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures

In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 plus unlimited commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare.

Pay:
