Band - Health Care Support Worker - RAH Day Surgery

Are you looking to join a friendly, dynamic team?

This is an exciting opportunity where we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to join our team within the Day Surgery unit.

This unit exists of two theatres, a ward area, a recovery room and new for 2023 a Diagnostic HUB.

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the Post Holder will provide care to patients before, during and after surgical procedures in support of the trained nurse.

You will be required to perform physical, technical and emotional aspects of patient care in an efficient, effective and responsible manner, in a busy acute environment.

Previous experience of working within a hospital environment is an advantage, however not essential as training and support will be given.
