We are looking for an experienced
Administrative Assistant to work for a high-profile prestigious company based in the City Centre of Manchester.
Administrative Assistant for our client, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- General administrative support for the events team
- Support the Event Managers in the management of large events simultaneously
- Handson help in delivering the events and helping the events team with venue setups
- Maintenance of office equipment and supplies when required
- Coordinating delivery and pickups of supplies and event equipment
- Ownership of key deliverables for the upcoming events
- Support the business PA with general office duties:
- General administrative support
- Answering the telephone in a polite professional manner
- Office opening and closing
We are looking for a smart, professional
Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's administrative experience, articulate in verbal and written communications, has a keen eye for detail, and has an interest in the events industry.
You will be joining a small high energy office and a like-minded team; a very busy office awaits the right person.
Benefits:
- Hours: 10 am 5 pm Mon
- Fri (32.5 hours per week)
