Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Civil/Structural Designer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

Provide technical assistance to plan and develop detailed design documents and drawings from specifications
Support the Shell EPC structural lead as requested.
Orginate and check Shell EPC structural design deliverables.
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, with correct interpretation and implementation of all structural CAD delvierables and systems
Prepare and execute structural discipline design and draughting activities within budget and schedule
Proactive in all structural design and layout including; setting layout concepts, assuring quality and consistency and meeting safety, operation, maintenance and construction requirements
Provide site survey support if required to Clients structural team.

Skills / Qualifications:

HNC / HND or equivalent professional qualification with extensive relevant experience
