For this Team Assistant position:
- Diary management
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Managing complex travel arrangements
- Broker engagement and relationship ownership for the analysts
- Organising a variety of activities and handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Expense filing
- Holiday cover for the Office Manager
- Collaborating with a range of people and functions across the business
- Be ready to contribute as a problem solver, providing support for a variety of office needs and be prepared for challenges and tasks the company growth will bring up

- Previous experience in a team support role
- A positive and dynamic attitude
- Is reliable, trustworthy and discreet
- Has strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
- Is precise and has a superior attention to detail
