Description
JOB PURPOSE
- To monitor and order stock, ensure stock rotation, and maintain store rooms.
- Liaise with local stores staff.
- Ensure adequate levels of equipment and their maintenance.
- Assist with stock control and provide audit reports as needed.
- Liaise with Management, procurement, and finance teams for audit information.
- Highlight out-of-stock items to clinical teams and discuss replacement stock.
NHS Scotland is implementing a new working week of 37 hours starting April 1, 2024, without changes in pay. This reduction will apply proportionally for part-time staff. If needed, you may temporarily work an additional 30 minutes per week until your service adjusts to the new working hours. You will be compensated for this extra time.
