As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of employment relations and human resource services.
One of your main roles will be to provide expert professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, which fully reflects current employment legislation and best practice.

Permanent, full-time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm
Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending upon experience

About the Role:
- Work closely with line managers and employees, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management.
- Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with line managers.
- Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases.
- Support all managers on Performance Management issues, including absence, conduct and Health & Safety.
- Travelling to the various depots in our network as and when required to assist with HR related issues.
- Contribute to strategies and procedures to promote the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Provide data and reports to the Management Team as required.
- Support with the design and implement the Performance Development Review process.
- Conduct job evaluations.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
- Liaise with Occupational Health as required and managing the process.
- Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
- Cover for the HR Coordinator as required.
- Respond to ad hoc HR queries on a day to day basis.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
