    Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer

    The Mechanical Design Engineer will collaborate with Product Development, Research, Electronics, and Test teams to ensure core technology is accurately implemented in new product developments and existing products.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Create 3D CAD models using Solidworks.
    • Develop 2D technical drawings, including tolerancing.
    • Design products suitable for mass production.
    • Utilize 3D printing for concept development, usability testing, and functional verification.
    • Analyze data and interpret results to enhance design improvements.
    • Generate project documentation, including drawings, test reports, and DFMEA/DFA/DFM analysis.
    • Support production and part approval as needed.

    Requirements:

    Essential:

    • 5 years of industrial experience.
    • Excellent 3D CAD skills, preferably with Solidworks.
    • Strong data analysis skills.
    • Familiarity with plastic injection moulding.
    • Design verification and validation experience.
    • Product design and development background.

    Desirable:

    • Broad knowledge of manufacturing methods.
    • FEA simulation skills.

    Qualifications:

    Essential:

    • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
