Connect Appointments are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to work with the waste operative/FLT team working across the North East.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Supervisor who is looking for a new career? Do you pride yourself on being reliable in your work and do you enjoy leading a team to achieve great results?


Do you have:

  • Strong personality, selfstarter with tenacity and drive
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • FLT Counterbalance Licence
  • Self motivated
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Confident in ability to challenge behaviors

Role responsibilities are:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paid at a salary of £27,500 plus mileage.
  • Improving productivity
  • People management
  • Carrying out performance reviews
  • Planning, scheduling, resource and cost
  • Achieving targets and hitting KPIs
  • Inspiring great performance

Essential Experience:

  • Previous Manager/ Supervisor experience
  • People management
  • Driving licence is essential as there is a need to visit other sites as and when required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£27,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newton Aycliffe, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • FLT Counterbalance (required)
