JOB PURPOSE:


As our
Showroom Samples Assistant, you will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure our sample set used for shoots and campaigns is managed, tracked and maintained to an exceptional standard, using a variety of systems and trackers to ensure consistency and precision within movements of the sample set.


This Showroom Samples Assistant role is offered on a full time, permanent based in our iconic Horseferry House offices in Westminster, London. Due to the nature of this role, we will require you to be in the office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). During busy periods, some evening/weekend working may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintaining our Launchmetrics system, ensuring all samples are verified, correct imagery is uploaded and any overdue samples are being recalled
  • Tracking showroom samples using Launchmetrics and Excel, ensuring product inventory is up to date and that reporting/audits required are using accurate information
  • Managing ad hoc sample requests, flagging cross functional sample clashes and escalating to management if needed
  • Understanding the product life cycle, from signing out processes, returns procedures and any required sample care
  • Supporting in any shipping activities, partnering with Trade Compliance and Logistics teams to ensure all documentation is correct and complete
  • Awareness and understanding of the samples critical path and upcoming key initiatives, campaigns and projects
  • Maintaining sample storage areas and back of house standards, ensuring sample care is always upheld and reflecting a luxury image at all times, including inventories

PERSONAL PROFILE:


  • Experience/understanding of samples management
  • Experience using Launchmetrics/PLM systems desirable
  • Excellent working proficiency with Office 365, specifically Excel (intermediate), Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Exceptional communicator, and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail, organisation skills and able to prioritise effectively
  • Passionate about luxury products and the fashion industry
