£20,070 - £21,700 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Working within our Additional Support team, as an Administrator you will:

  • Provide a comprehensive administrative service.
  • Maintain accurate records and effective and efficient filing systems.
  • Support and coordinate apprentices or volunteers.
  • To assist in the development of systems, processes and procedures.
  • Financial administration.
  • To liaise with internal departments in respect of data and Group processes
  • Negotiate with external agencies.
  • Coordinate and arrange activities, meetings and events.
  • Corresponding with parents and external agencies.
  • Handling enquiries in all formats (including face to face)
