THE ROLE:
An experienced Private Client Solicitor is required to join a well established practice in Nottinghamshire.

The appointed Private Client Lawyer will be dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Probate, some Court ofProtection work as well as Inheritance Tax issues and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

You will become an integral part of the private client team and play a key role in the continued success of the department.


THE CANDIDATE:


Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives who have around 3+ years
PQE and have solid experience in advising across a range of private client matters.

You will be technically strong and have a keen eye for detail together withthe ability to work under mínimal supervision.

Client care is a top priority for this firm, and you will have a commitment to understanding client's requirements and providing the most accurate and effective advice you can.
