What you'll be doing:
- Will support Project Management and Administration activities across the Sector Digital and Data team.
- Will support Projects generally associated to internal initiatives or projects associated with internal investment.
- Will coordinate and support various aspects of project management across the Digital and Data team.
- Organising meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking activity and facilitating communication across the team.
- Lead and manage all Digital and Data communications including taking responsibility for the communications plan; Proactively engaging with the digital and data community within our business.
- Working closely with the members of the Digital and Data Team to ensure that goals and objectives are being met on time.
Your skills and experiences:
- Solid understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
- Project Documentation
- Ability to create, organise and maintain documentation including plans schedules and status reports
