about this role

Learning & Leadership is part of the greater People & Culture team.

The purpose of the Learning & Leadership team is to guide and support our lululemon collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential.

We work globally and locally to deliver relevant learning experiences which enable our strategic priorities.

a day in the life

  • Manages content strategy and workflow for EMEA Retail, SSC and GEC lululemonU platform
  • Manages Microsoft Forms participant registration and all lululemonU course enrolment
  • Manage and build out lululemonU reporting strategy and process for Retail, SSC, & GEC key stakeholders
  • Monitor learner engagement and reports on key performance indicators around usefulness and adoption
  • Build and manage RTP schedule and enrolment process for RM's, SM's, facilitators and participants
  • Liase with NA lululemonU SME's to understand platform upgrades. Implement and support EMEA L&L team in understanding platform
  • Facilitates SSC, Retail & GEC onboarding programs (Culture Core, RTP's, GNETP, VIA's, Core 12, PV&G) as needed
  • Responsible for EMEA initiative (ex. Footwear, Product Education, etc) educational resources rollouts for Retail, SSC & GEC
skills & experience

  • Based in London, UK
years experience in a L&D function

  • Preferred Coaching Fundamentals Certification
  • University, College or Adult Learning Certification or Degree preferred
  • 25 years' experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Advancedlevel Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.
  • Business level fluency in French or Spanish preferred

role classification

Your role is classified as hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at both the SSC office and home office every week.
