Knowsley has a well-established integrated Performance and Business Intelligence team which spans multiple services and departments including Adult Social Care.


This is an exciting vacancy, working for a local authority with ambition and vision, so if you feel you have the experience and passion to take on this role we would like to hear from you.


Being part of a small team of specialist adult social care Intelligence Officers working directly to the Performance and Improvement Lead (Adult Social Care).

You will need to have excellent ICT skills and have an eye for detail.

You will be required to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues across Adult Social Care services, IT and external stakeholders to improve the quality of data.


The role includes:


Working closely with staff within Adult Social Care providing support and challenge to drive forward service improvements and the delivery of key priorities.

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and partners in the way that data is collected, stored, processed and used.

Support the development and delivery of high-quality management information and intelligence data through effective data quality management.


The role requires:

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience of reviewing the quality of data in systems and working with system users to improve data quality.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications including excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work across multiple services areas or agencies.


Ability to work as part of a team engaged in multiple projects, managing competing demands, and delivering work to tight timescales.
