Madisons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Estimator for an exciting new permanent opportunity in Loughton, Essex.

High End residential/commercial experience is essential.

Experienced in take offs
High end residential and office renovations to a value of £3.5m.
Structural alterations to extend, raise or generally create open spaces as well as strip out and structural works.
External repairs.
Experience in building bill of quants
Ability to breakdown packages and send out for competitive pricing
Independent and capable of understanding drawings and specification from all disciplines.
Ability to estimate projects with values ranging from approx £4m upwards.
Monitor the supply market to identify potential new suppliers and products and lead meetings with suppliers to understand their products and the category market, keeping abreast of market developments, demand trends and risks to proactively support theproject requirements.
