We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Services Administrator to join our fabulous team.
The role is for 32 hours per week (8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.) and the days of work are
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
Your new role:
- To liaise with Customer Services team to ensure all customer issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively;
- To be the link between the customer and the Production/Transport Teams on all related queries, with a focus on service delivery, linen management and business effectiveness;
- Provide administrative support to the managers and teams on site;
- Provide/produce/analyse information and reports as required by the business;
- Ensure efficient administration of all employee matters on site as required to support the Head Office HR and Payroll team.
What do I need to have to apply?
We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience and good admin skills.
You will need to be computer literate, calm under pressure, be able to work well as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills - both verbally and written, and have great attention to detail.
