NEW POSITION **My clients a well established freight forwarder based within the Essex area, seeking professional and experienced Business development executive (Road freight).


Duties would include:


  • To seek new business leads
  • To meet with new and existing clients
  • Account management
  • Telesales
  • Quotations
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Completing daily reports
  • Liaising with operations when needed

Skills needed:


  • Minimum 4 years sales experience
  • Confident to make telesales calls and cold calling
  • Industry knowledge of road freight (ideally air and ocean too)
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Dynamic
  • Target driven
