MINI Product Executive Part time job share, 3 days per week
As MINI Product Executive, you will manage key elements of the operational side of the MINI Product Management function


This will include:

the set-up and maintenance of vehicle ordering systems, creation and maintenance of product libraries, management of model year actions, design and development of customer facing product literature and the online product training environment.


You will provide a first line escalation point for all interactions with internal and network customers and act as a focal point for internal and external partners in the role of product expert.


Some of the key responsibilities of this varied role include:

  • Manage and maintain the MINI vehicle ordering systems for UK and IE vehicles, whilst acting as a key systems expert.
  • Continually developing and understanding the current MINI product offer to maximise sales, profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain key product information including Product Libraries for UK and IE markets.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise product information to the retailer network via our external communication forum
  • LaunchPad.
  • Act as an expert knowledge holder to support the extensive internal network of MINI stakeholders across the business.
  • Design, develop and maintain MINI price lists, brochures, specification sheets and showroom CO2 posters ect.

Qualifications:


  • A broad understanding of key topics within the automotive industry, preferably in a product / marketing or an analytical role.
  • Good Microsoft Office software experience
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience of BMW Group internal systems (IVS, OKA, PCASO, SA3) would be an advantage.
  • An ability to articulate and present complex (technical) issues in an engaging manner to a wide range of internal and external audiences, some of whom may not be as technically knowledgeable.
  • Willingness to travel, and take part in various brand events, retailer training and presentations.
  • Able to focus on complex tasks, whilst maintaining a high level of diligence and accuracy.

Please note this is aPart time job share for 3 days per week
