Description

With access to appropriate clinical supervision the post holder will have or will develop and will be able to demonstrate in practice a range of appropriate skills to include clinical and risk assessment and treatment interventions as determined by Integrated Care Pathways.

To support the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of ICPs To demonstrate appropriate judgement in unpredictable situations of risk and manage these in a safe, professional and holistic manner using FACE risk assessment and management plans and understands the need to seek appropriate advice and suppor Will be able to demonstrate a growing level of understanding of the national and local mental health and social care agenda and be able contribute to service development initiatives Will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of clinical, teaching and leadership skills and can increasingly demonstrate evidence to support same.

Will be competent in all aspects of clinical communication including the maintenance of accurate records and will show a commitment to further develop these skills.

Will be able to demonstrate appropriate prioritisation of own workload.
