Overview on the role:
To head up their Essex Corporate and Commercial Property sub-team based in our Colchester Office. To work in a team alongside a capable one-year PQE Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor. Good experience and understanding of asset and sharesales and purchases and good experience and understanding of commercial property transactions. Some experience of shareholder agreements and residential property would be useful. Responsible for working with the Department Head to help grow the local work.
