Due to continued growth and investment, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a General Operative to join our Asphalt Plant Team at our Barton Site on a full time and permanent basis.

What we are looking for

• Experience in the daytoday operations of Asphalt Plants production/mixing, load out operations and general plant duties
• Experience in Mobile Plant operations
• Other relevant CPCS qualifications are advantageous
• Other relevant Asphalt Operations experience advantageous, e.g., Maintenance, Weighbridge and Logistics
• Ensure daily maintenance checks and records are completed accurately and meticulous housekeeping standards upheld
• Good Communication skills
• Flexible to allow varied work patterns to meet the needs of the business
• Strong commitment towards safe working practices
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Operate as part of the team, harnessing a working environment which encourages teamwork
• Selfmotivated improvement orientated with a desire to undertake any other relevant training deemed necessary to enhance performance

About the Job
Various shift patterns will be required which could include weekends and both day and night working. Good rates of pay, regular overtime and benefits offered with immediate start available.
