ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT :
WETHERBY OFFICE

We are currently recruiting for a Full time Administration Assistant for our Wetherby Office.


Undertaking reception duties, you will be meeting and greeting clients ensuring they all receive a warm welcome and leave with the best impression of the company.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable exposure across our business and to spot opportunities to improve ways of working in order to provide our clients with the outstanding service they expect from us.


Role responsibilities:


  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • New business development, assisting with the implementation of Private Client projects to the wider business.
  • General administrative tasks, digital filing, photocopying, scanning, and updating the case management system.
  • Managing a variety of queries from drop in clients.
  • Typing letters and other legal documents
  • Opening and closing files
  • Providing remote support for the Private Client team and their clients.
  • Providing support to other Fee Earners when necessary.

  • An ability to operate autonomously and/or with minimum supervision;

  • A willingness to learn;
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach;
  • Common sense;
  • IT literate we operate a paperlite system as part of our target to reduce our impact on the environment ;
  • Knowledge of case management systems


Preferably you will have at least one year legal administration and reception experience or equivalent in a professional services industry.

It is essential that you have customer service and client handling experience.
