***Are you looking for flexible part-time working hours? An opportunity has arisen within a thriving local tourism company for an experienced Grounds / Maintenance person at their idyllic site near Abergele, North Wales.

In the Part-time Grounds/ Maintenance Person Job you will be responsible for:

  • Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, planting, and maintaining flower borders, hedge trimming etc.)
  • Landscaping work including erecting fences, laying paving slabs
  • Assisting in the siting of new caravans
  • Keeping the park clean, tidy and litter free
  • The routine maintenance and inspection of park equipment
  • Simple caravan repairs and maintenance
  • Other duties as required
We would love to see your CV if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role operating landscaping equipment including ride on lawn mowers, strimmer's and hedge cutters
  • A good range of general maintenance skills
  • Good communication skills, with a helpful, friendly manner
  • The ability to manage own workload and work under own initiative
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
  • Experience and relevant training in the use of a wide range of power tools
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Current UK driving licence and own vehicle


This is a part-time permanent position working 2 days per week (flexible on which days), but there is potential for extra days by arrangement and the ability to work the occasional weekend would be an advantage.

In exchange you will receive an hourly pay rate of £11.00 to £13.50 depending on skills and experience.
