Hours are Monday to Friday- Based in Hemel Hempstead
- Initially covering maternity leave, with the possibility to move into a new role beyond that
- Up to £30k salary
We are looking for someone who has some existing office admin experience, with a desire to utilise their skills and move more into a PA role.
The ideal person will have a natural ability to ensure everything is efficient and organised - with the abilityto offer excellent customer service to clients.
The role will involve:
- Managing the MD's diary
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Dealing with inbound enquiries on behalf of the MD
- Sending out client invoices
- Arranging company events
- Customer services
- Ordering office stationary
- Ensuring all office administration is efficiently completed
You MUST have:
- Exceptional communication skills and be confident to deal with customers at ALL levels
- Confidence handling inportant information
- Superb attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Be happy to work in a doggy friendly office
- Have a driving licence as there maybe times you need a car to run errands locally
