Job Summary
You will place purchase contracts and purchase orders in a timely way, ensuring all activity aligns with procurement and supplier governance requirements, including supplier accreditation and export controls , build and maintain positive effective relationships with suppliers supporting open communication collaborative ways of working monitor share supplier performance measures delivery schedules overdue reduction invoice accuracy quality outcomes work closely with suppliers internal teams coordinate dependencies resolve issues ensure supplied parts meet business customer requirements keep ERP system data accurate up to date reflected correctly Air reporting Tableau dashboards supports agreed performance measures travel UK international suppliers support business order book performance review meetings typically times per year .
