About the Practice/Department/Team


Working within the Collaborative Care Team within the community you will be able to assist in improving care and supporting older people within their own homes to give them more independence.


Job Introduction


We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant join the Collaborative Care team providing general practice services including; Audiology, Phlebotomy, Administering Injections such as Flu and Pneumonia, long term condition reviews, simple dressings, NHS Health checks etc.

within the Community.


What you will do


All aspects of Healthcare assistant care, with opportunity to develop skills in line with the needs of the business and your personal interests and career aspirations.

We are currently looking to upskill our HCA team with appropriate Chronic Disease management skills so this a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in this area of care

  • Being a team player having the ability to support the team as and when required
  • Having the ability to demonstrate care, compassion and empathy towards our patients care
  • To be selfmotivated and have the ability to prioritise tasks and organize workload with great time management

Systems

  • Experience of using system one or similar system is desirable

Development

  • Willingness to undertake further training to enhance the team and services we offer to our patients and selfdevelopment
