Because as the Pricing Manager you will partner the Sales team.

And the main remit of your team will be to create bespoke pricing for fixed and flex contracts achieving success in the main sales rounds.

Your new role

The key responsibilities are:

  • To support the Sales team to deliver the annual targets.
  • To lead the operational management of the Pricing team (5 FTE).
  • To prepare and price bespoke contracts for the Sales team.
  • Modelling of different pricing scenarios.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Liaising with people across the organisation.
  • Pricing methodology and DOA's.

Benefits:


  • Base salary: £35k to £45k
  • WFH 34 days per week | New Street Birmingham 12 days
  • 24 days holiday (increasing to 26 days after 1 year's service)
  • Discretionary bonus.

Skills and experience to be successful

  • Experience of Pricing in the UK Energy sector (B2B or B2C).
  • Dealing with stakeholders including the Sales function.
  • The ability to take data sets, providing insight and recommendations.
  • Excel.
  • The ability to push back and challenge in a constructive way.
  • Line management experience isn't mandatory.

The Interview Process:


  • 60 minute TEAMS interview with two company representatives.
  • 60 minute face to face meeting with the Commercial Director & one other.
