Full training for any role will be provided and we can offer full study support for either CICM or AAT.

The role of Credit Monitoring Analyst is really important to us.

You will be responsible for ongoing review of customers fuel spend against agreed credit limits using internal systems and credit agency information to manage risk in line with credit policy.


Salary:
Up to £25,000 dependant on experience + quarterly targeted commission of 12% of annual salary


Location:
Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, CW1 6BD


Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm


What will your day look like?

  • Analyse and collate data from different sources to complete risk reviews
  • Review financial information and compile trend analysis, produce risk reviews for senior management and external insurance companies
  • Daily review of credit limit breaches, prioritising workload based on internal risk strategy
  • Manage accounts through to conclusion, working to agreed deadlines and obtaining buy in for actions from key stakeholders
  • Fraud prevention using spend trends to identify risks
  • Timely query resolution, working with colleagues in other departments, such as sales, Fin Ops, Fraud and TQs to resolve issues
  • Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result

  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet key deadlines in a fastpaced changing environment
  • Working knowledge of financial reports is an desirable
