Description
Call handling - liaising with customers and/or our internal call centres and company drivers.- Daily debrief of company drivers assisting with confirmation of work plus dealing with any anomalies/issues.
- Liaising with company's customer service department and/or direct with customers to resolve issues including any hazards identified by drivers.
- Order processing and confirmation + running and clearing daily reports.
- Administrative tasks and housekeeping
The skills you need:
- Ability to communicate at all levels from team members to external customers and managers
- Local geographical knowledge.
- Good transport / logistics knowledge.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines in a time critical environment.
- Microsoft packages particularly excel
Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
