Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • To book in service contractors ensuring correct documentation is provided before passing to Engineering Manager
  • Maintain Communication lines between hotel and suppliers
  • Ordering regular supplies to ensure PAR levels are maintained
  • Learning business needs and being able to work alone being able to work independently and take initiative.
  • General Administrative tasks
  • To be able to complete compliancebased tasks with mínimal supervision eg. Emergency Light tests/ Fire Alarm test/ Generator Function test/ Temperature monitoring etc.
Requirements of the Maintenance Coordinator

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to process information quickly and accurately
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation & planning skills
  • Has passion & pride in their work
  • Able to use own initiative to get important things done before being asked
  • Flexible & professional approach to work
