Office Administration Role
- handle incoming enquiries via telephone

  • Processing orders, including raising hire contracts
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Provide office administration support for the office team

The Person

  • Fully competent administrative skills and ability
  • Able to manage their own workload as required with minimum supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Good people skills and phone manner when speaking with customers
  • Proactive and cando attitude
  • Ability to calmly manage customer enquiries
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a dynamic and fast growing business

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andover: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
