Business Development Manager

Salary is around £30,000 P/A + Uncapped Commission

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our well-established client based in Fareham. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth whilst managing a small team.

Our client is looking for someone who is a motivating and positive person leading the sales team to hit their targets.

This is a brand-new role where you can really make it your own all whilst building and strengthening the team

The duties of the role:

  • Be a role model to the team by sharing practices
  • Manage your own sales and obtain new clients
  • Carry out market research to produce new ideas for the team
  • Oversee all sales growth opportunities
  • Conduct training and coaching for the team

Requirements needed:

  • Previous experience in managing a small to medium size team is an absolute must, this includes the training and coaching of team members
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Have a proven sales record
  • Be a motivational and positive manager
