Hammersmith

Van and Fuel Card provided

Temp To Perm

Social Housing / Domestic Properties experience required

Duties will include:

Dealing with different elements of work, damp and mould experience, kitchen and bathroom instillations, legal disrepair case work.

IT literate Customer focussed Tenant liaising People management Driver Office based, regular site visits short distances Good planning (book in works) Time management Scaffold inspection experience beneficial.

Response for Technical queries from Operatives, post inspections from complaints from customers, client liaising, planner support. NFH rates. Social Housing experience is preferrable. know how to use schedule of rates system
