THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.


THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Land Operations Executive.


Key responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to land queries.
  • Process daily booking queues promptly.
  • Follow up with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation/confirmation.
  • Review and update documentation for specialised bookings.
  • Expertly address and resolve escalated issues.
  • Provide support during crisis situations.
  • Perform critical support tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Manage incoming calls from agents regarding documentation and administrative queries.
  • Investigate and address booking anomalies and irregularities.
  • Ensure helpful and accurate handling of telephone inquiries to determine requirements.

THE PERSON

Key skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience addressing conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to manage own workload within tight deadlines.
This position will be office based in Chester.
