Baily House Care Home is a state of the art, purpose built, 66 bed, Dementia/residential care home in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, rated "Outstanding" from the CQC.

We are looking for the right individual to join our award winning team as a care assistant.

The shift pattern is 3 on 3 off which is 38.5 hours per week.

Additional shifts will be available when covering for staff on holiday, sick or self isolating.

As a care assistant, duties will include providing a high standard of personal care to elderly residents, documenting care provided and ensuring our residents receive the best quality of life possible.

Experience of working in a care environment is not essential as it is a caring nature and a passion for improving the lives of those that require care that is most important Joining our team, you would receive a full induction and training, before working alongside a team of experienced and dedicated social care professionals.
