The Role

Due to phenomenal growth, my client is seeking a PSCM Subcontracts Administrator, as part of the growing Commercial and Projects team.

The role will manage contract compliance, vendor bid/selection, cost/benefit tracking.

The PSCM Subcontracts Administrator will be responsible for vendor relationships, vendor performance management and performance evaluations.

Compile all required information from other departments e.g. engineering, planning, commercial, operations and to issue Request for Quotations (RFQs)
Involvement post PCSM contract award, embracing all activities necessary to be aware of vendor performance/actions in relation to the requirements of the PCSM contract, ensuring obligations are met
Preparation, administration and issuing of PCSM contracts.
Prepare deliverables list (i.e. Contract Plan, Schedules, Engineering Plan, HSSE Plan, etc.) for action and

vendor response

Write PCSM contract briefs and ensure availability of PCSM contract documentation

Skills and Competencies

Experience working in a multiproject environment with strong technical, analytical and commercial skills.
Selfdriven, ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision.

Agile and flexible thinking.
