Production Team Leader, South Oxfordshire


Reporting to the Production Manager the Production Team Leader will become an integral part of a dynamic production team in South Oxfordshire.

A prestigious manufacturing firm is seeking a meticulous and driven Production Team Leader to spearhead operations in mould prep and engineering processes.

This pivotal role demands a proactive individual who thrives in optimising workflows and leading a team to achieve excellence in production targets.

Your responsibilities will encompass the diligent inspection of orders, ensuring timely delivery to your supervised areas.

You will be instrumental in maintaining precise component tracking information, thereby upholding the integrity of batch tracking and traceability for all finished products.

In this role, you will be the linchpin in organising your department to maximise workflow productivity.

Your ability to liaise effectively with the Technical and Quality department will facilitate the continuous enhancement of documentation, process controls, and components.


Your keen eye for detail will be essential in monitoring manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic planning alongside the Production Manager and other department Team Leaders.


To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A hands-on leadership approach with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
