Salary:
£10.62 per hour

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 - Typically 8am - 5pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days working in the office after probation is passed

Gi Group present a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Parcel & Logistics company who are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in Milton Keynes.


  • Able to build rapport with customers and establish customers' needs
  • Capable to consistently handle inbound calls, contact flow
  • Skilled in confidently give customers information provided
  • Able to remain positive and enthusiastic throughout all customers contact
  • Able to provide high levels of quality service
  • Confident in maintaining customer loyalty
  • Able to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Based ideally in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
  • Flexible on working weekends
  • Proven experience within a customer service environment
  • Past call center experience
  • Experience in working with MS Excel and Word
  • IT Literacy
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Complete in full 5year address and employment history (will be checked)
  • Have a clear criminal record (this will be done prior to any employment offer)
