About Our Client:

A well established organisation seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant on an hourly temp basis.

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes such as:

  • Accurate and timely creation, processing and issue of sales invoices.
  • Source client statements and copy invoices and reconcile.
  • Professionally resolve all client and in house queries and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile remittances.
  • Perform bank reconciliations in connection with client invoice receipts.
  • Report weekly on aged debtors.
  • Reconcile sales invoices to the in house client account management system.
  • Identify overdue sales invoices and organise for settlement.
  • Professionally resolve all supplier and in house queries and discrepancies.
  • Issue remittances where required.
  • Perform bank reconciliations in connection with supplier bill payments.

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful for the role you will need:

  • To be able to do full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
  • To be immediately available
  • To have experience in SAGE 50
