£25,000 per annum pro rata + commission, 25 days annual leave (+ stats), contributory pension scheme, Company life insurance and employee assistance programme (EAP)
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week.

About Chemtech Environmental:
Our purpose-designed lab tests muck and water. We do it really well - to nationally accredited standards. There are other labs who offer testing, but we're fast, accurate and reliable and we guarantee our turnaround times.
We've got lots of work, and that's where you come in as our Customer Relationship Co-ordinator within our sales team.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships
- Prepare, maintain and update customer quotations
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure a smooth transition/onboarding for new customers
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Taking / making phone calls from / to customers and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records, including customer contact records
- To develop trust relationships with top customers to ensure they don't turn to the competition
- Ensure the correct testing and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Escalate customer grievances to the Commercial Director when a satisfactory solution cannot be provided in a timely manner thereby risking the relationship
- Generate responses to Customer Satisfaction Surveys and feed into the Trustpilot review generation activities
- Ensure quotations and General Agreements are reviewed and renewed in a timely manner
- Continuously improve performance through feedback in line with appraisals and individual development plans
- Work collaboratively with all departments within the business to build relationships across functions
Requirements of a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator:
- Able to identify needs and requirements to promote Chemtech solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to work independently using good judgement, and as a team player
- Resourceful, reliable and selfmotivated
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and listening
- Focused attention to detail
- Adept at time management and able to work with deadlines
- Flexible, accommodating and positive approach
- Quicklearner in order to become technically conversant with the analysis undertaken by Chemtech
Having spent a minimum of 3 years in a comparable role you will have honed your sales and customer service skills.
You will be able to identify areas for growth and improvement and you will have demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with strategic customers.
