Trainee Estimator/Surveyor
Multi Trade

Full Time Position based on 40hr contract.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

  • Asist the estimating team and specific trade managers to pull together all information required to submit tender returns within the deadlines set
    .
  • Review tender documentation, drawings, bills of quantities, specifications.
  • Take offs and measurements from drawings.
  • Pricing construction, mechanical and joinery works.
  • Placing subcontractor orders in line with contract terms and conditions
  • Proficient in excel and all Microsoft products.

Requirements:


  • Driving license preferred to allow site surveys to be conducted. Transport would be provided.
