The Project Coordinator Is the central point of contact for all our projects working alongside and supporting the Team of Project Managers.
Keeping a watching brief you will be responsible for following a project through stages, from initial concept design to production and installation.
Key Objectives, but not limited to:
- Working alongside the project management team to arrange and attend key meetings throughout a project life cycle ensuring the necessary personnel attend and that meetings are recorded, information distributed accurately, ensuring points are followed up and actioned.
- Raising and maintaining all necessary project documentation, including cost estimates, quotations, commissioning / contract documentation, bill of materials and care manuals.
- Be aware of and control spending on a project against the allocated budgets, capturing all contract amendments and associated costs, Procuring all materials for a project
- Establish good working relationships with suppliers & liaise with subcontractors
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project
- Ensure that the 'quality gates' for a project are reached and maintained
- Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage
- Degree calibre/project management qualification is advantageous
- Computer literate with experience of using project management tools
- Strong communication skills both internally and with third parties
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to work to deadlines, prioritise work for self and others
