Key Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding debt
  • Assisting the finance operations teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues
  • Reconcile and post client receipts on time
  • Adhoc duties to support the team

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in finance, accounts receivable, or credit control
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
